Case Study

Paradise Utility Company

Each set of the Stakeholder Circle is pre-loaded with data to allow clients to explore the tool and see how it works with 'case study data' before starting on their own project. The case study is based on the life of the Paradise Utility Company from April to December 2007 as it deals with issues and challenges surrounding a business improvement initiative and major changes in its external environment.
