Install process

• Once you payment has been approved, you will be redirected to a page with a link to download the file
  
  
• Download the application to your desk top
  
  
• If the download fails, follow the instruction from the help pages to reinitialize the download
  
  
• Extract the application from ZIP file - Win Zip required 
  (download a free Winzip application)
  
  
• Do not remove any of the files from the Stakeholder Circle folder
  
  
• Click on the ‘shortcut’ inside the 'top' folder to open the application (not the inner folder)
  
  
• After initializing your set of the Stakeholder Circle, you can explore the functionality of the tool using the pre-loaded ‘Paradise Island PMO’ case study
  
  
• To delete this data and prepare the system for your project data, use the 'Destroy All Existing Data' function from the 'Edit Project' option on the Main Menu
